So before, you said Mueller couldn't make a case...but the part you left out, was that he couldn't make a case because of the DOJ rules.
So once again, you were caught telling a lie. You weren't being entirely truthful. You were leaving out exculpatory information and you did that expressly to push what you know is a false, sophistic narrative.

But he did make a conclusion.
Several of them; that's what the 34 indicted businesses and people, across 150+ charges and convictions were all about.
What he couldn't conclude was whether or not the President broke the law...and he couldn't conclude that partly because Trump refused to sit down to an interview with him, but also because of DOJ's rules against indicting a President for felonies.
Why would Trump refuse to be interviewed by Mueller?
Then please explain why Trump ordered Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about the Moscow Project?
Then please explain why Manafort shared polling data with Russian spies?
Then please explain why Trump's counsel tried to tamper with Flynn upon learning of Flynn's cooperation with Mueller?
