Anyone with a first offense is likely to get the minimum punishment. Anyone with money for a lawyer to fight it is likely to get the minimum punishment.

It isn't a fix if he gets the same treatment as everyone else in his circumstances.
If you are convicted of a misdemeanor DUI causing injury, you will face up to one year in county jail and up to $1,000 in court fines.

That doesn't prove anything other than you are a gullible idiot. FBI only reports what was reported to them. All law enforcement agencies don't report statistics nor do they report them in a timely fashion. The fact that the Newtown shooting on Dec 14th wasn't included in the data at the end of the year is hardly surprising. Law enforcement had plenty to do other than fill out FBI paperwork for the uniform crime reporting program. But the thing you seem to be ignoring is that the lead agency in the investigation of Sandy Hook was the State police who don't report to the UCRP as a town police force.

I think it's because too many people let these liars off the hook. When they make a claim we should all go after them until they post any evidence. We can't let them just go onto the next lie.

That's pathetic and you know it. You can't just say "the FBI made a mistake." They've had ten years to change these numbers and they have chosen not to.

No, not really. Apparently (correct me if I'm wrong), there was an injury to the occupant in the other car. Still, there wouldn't be a mention of the driver's complexion either way.
As for Floyd, his record doesn't have anything to do with the cop pressing his knee on Floyd's neck for 9 minutes while he was handcuffed. The cop wanted to be "Mr. Tuff Guy." He was an asshole.
That said, I'm sure if Floyd were white, the MSM would ignore it completely. They reported it to further advance the Dems agenda to stir up racial tensions. And it sure as hell worked, didn't it?
