Here, I'll get you started: In order to "frame" someone it requires a that someone turn in false evidence. Post your proof, and proof has to be a link to information from the actual source.

A usual reason, in all likelihood. Judicial assignments switch often because of personal reason, scheduling or other conflict. I doubt there is any profession more careful about appearances of conflict of interest than
American jurists. The idea the court would have deviated to give special treatment in a case as public as this one is Right wing fantasy at its finest. And if you really wanted to know the reason you could have found it in under five minutes instead of spreading the question here in post after post, like the jerk you daily are.
