Adam Schiff lied many times about Trump's Russian collussion. He kept the Russian Hoax going , when the Nunes report should have shut it down. I mean diret lies like he had direct evidence of Russian collusion by Trump -and far worse.
Why would Twitter allow these lies?

Going around and inspecting for truthiness is a fascist play -always has been to patrol political speech.

Trump has always thought he was untouchable because he has money and lawyers. No one has ever held him accountable for anything. He thought he was invincible. Well, he's not. Unfortunately for all the idiots around him who mimicked his false bravado, it was always an illusion. Actions have consequences. I hope to see Trump and everything Trump-related burn to the ground. Then I want to salt that ground and banish it from human existence forever.

Perhaps, but having a lawsuit of that magnitude with the evidence available is going to tie up Fox for years. They need to settle this as quickly as possible.

trump's fixer is serving house arrest. He always got away with everything for a couple of reasons. As you mention, he was always litigating. But he screwed the pooch when he ran for office. His white collar crimes were unearthed when he was put under a microscope.

If ever there was a case of 'chickens coming home to roost', this is it. He's destroyed the trump brand. Now he'll be in court for the rest of his life. The only question is when the GOP will pull the plug? They should have done it already, but trump is still scamming his minions for hundreds of millions of dollars.

Money keeps the puppets in line. This will be a fascinating year.

I think their problem in this case, is how specific their falsehoods were with respect to Dominion and Smartmatic. The fabrications were so off base, I can't see a countersuit? We already know that Fox accepted the fact that they were wrong. They had forced pretend redactions before Dobbs' show, and (I believe) Hannity.
