Fox altered tape of Biden

No, while telling the audience that he's "adopted the attitude of the great Negro".

What was interesting to me, is he was supposed to be reading a frickin' teleprompter. You could see the danged things all around him.

Did you watch the second video I posted?

Didn't matter. Seriously. This is the difference between the reports which showed the context and some pundit opinion talking about it later. None of this is a "gotcha" moment, IMHO. I wouldn't be up in arms about the same BS on Maddow. This is just a way for the leftists to pretend that he didn't say what he said. It was real, he said it. Fox reported it in context, then some pundit talked about it later.

Can you explain why some "pundit" showed the edited video if the context doesn't matter? It's pretty easy to figure out the reason.

No "Leftist" has pretended he didn't say it. That is the bullshit RW talking point and you fell for it. I certainly don't pretend what he said or not.

Because it just doesn't matter, their reporting showed all of it.

Somebody talking about it later didn't. It really is just how editorial crap works. The reality is: Biden really said it, and this headline is written to make the fringe who wants to believe that it was somehow Fox News fault have a way to ignore that they voted for a man who called Obama "clean and articulate black man" and called Satchel Paige a negro (his word, not mine). He's also the guy who said you can't even go into a 7/11 without a slight Indian accent... He really is the person he appears to be.

please come out and play more often.

The gaslighting is endemic:

In Context: Joe Biden’s ‘Negro’ reference to baseball player Satchel Paige

At the 1:09:50 mark, Biden says: “You know, I’ve adopted the attitude of the great Negro - at the time - pitcher in the Negro League went on to become a great pitcher and the pros and eventually baseball after Jackie Robinson. His name was Satchel Paige and Satchel Paige on his 47th birthday pitched a win against Chicago…”

He clearly was trying to say that he was a great pitcher in the Negro League.

The clip shows Biden appearing to stumble over his words with the first mention of Paige, before going on to reference the Negro Leagues in the following phrase.

Roughly 3,400 players competed in the seven Negro Leagues from 1920 through 1948 but were denied equal recognition to their white counterparts long after Jackie Robinson became the first Black player on a Major League roster in the modern era in 1945

Paige, a five-time All-Star in his roughly two decades in the Negro Leagues, was the first man elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame by the Negro League Committee in 1971

Biden, who sometimes stutters, has had his share of verbal stumbles, some of which have been misconstrued or distorted. In February, we rated False a claim that he had used a racial slur when he stumbled over the word "eager."

Biden was in the process of describing Paige as a great Negro Leagues pitcher, but stumbled with his words and initially stopped at the word "Negro."

Please do not fall for the RW trap. I know you are smarter than that.
