It's because most are mentally ill as proved by the arrest records and the rest are losers too stupid to educate themselves for a better job. This is why the latter group wants to bring back old tech jobs like textiles and making hammers; it's all they know how to do.

In that respect, America has failed her children by failing to properly educate them for working in a modern world. This is bad for all Americans since it hurts our nation's effectiveness in the world.
