She will not personally prosecute the case. One of her experienced assistant prosecutors will prosecute the case.

I'll ask again. Do you have any proof because it was the spokesmodel trump hired who actually went to the grand jury personally and that was highly unusual, based on legal experts I've seen talk about it.

Only experience watching the system work for the 30 plus years that my wife was a federal court reporter. I just asked my wife who generally prosecutes the cases. She said the assistants do but the state Federal prosecutor can do it if they want to. Since she is not an experienced litigator I suspect she will have a more experienced assistant do this high profile case. But I'm satisfied to wait and see what happens.

<shrug> What you're saying makes total sense.

Unfortunately, not much trump does or tries to do makes sense. He makes assignments based on how good people look on tv.
