Being under investigation cannot be used to stop every process. If it was really about justice for Ford, they would not have saved this till the hail Mary play from their playbook of obstructionism.

She does. My son-in-law has the same anxiety, yet at only age 30 he's managed to go to Colorado, Wyoming, and twice to Europe. It makes no difference in the long run. She is there. Her testimony already discredited your RWNJ bullshit about her being unwilling to testify to the committee earlier in the process. Maybe you should try watching the actual testimony instead of lapping up Fox talking points.

This never happened, what sickens me is now it will be harder for those who are assaulted. This is about Roe and Roe only the demonrats fear losing the ability to butcher babies.

I haven't seen a single talking point. And I haven't even made a real judgment on this, outside of the belief that she isn't lying. I still think it could potentially be mistaken identity - but I definitely don't think she is willfully lying, or that she was paid or otherwise enticed to fabricate this. I think she believes what she's saying.

I'm really trying to give deference to both parties here. I'm also empathetic to the idea of how horribly unfair this is to Kav if it is untrue in some way, but alleged victims deserve some benefit of the doubt as well. It may end up that this is just inconclusive, which would suck, but that's probably a likely outcome.

Trump could have chosen a less flawed candidate like Gorsuch and it is purely your opinion that this didn’t happen, she is a very credible witness.

There wasn't an election 40 days away. When Gorsuch was confirmed, the election was 18 months away.
