No he doesn’t, he wants attention and food, and the mere presence of a dog in a house makes your neighbors residence a much more desirable target
True, that is why I have Three German Shepard Mixes, all adopted when they showed up at my door step as pups all Brothers. That said, dogs are best at a deterrent and and a method of slowing down someone that is not afraid of them, that is why we are also armed. The Gates around my property are all locked at all times and the front gate has a buzzer with a sign next to it that reads, "Our Dogs can reach this gate in 3 seconds or less from anywhere on the property, if you can't, press the buzzer,Thanks."
