we will get thier eventually, but you and I will be dead first. We have been exploring opportunities for 30yrs with little to show. Solar/wind are not replacing oil for transportation. We should focus short term on making oil exponentially safer. Not too skull drag BP but no other company has come close to thier incompetance in the last decade on saftey and environmental pollution. Obviously it can be done better, sadly they had the #1 environmental rating by consumers before the spill. Why? not because of their shitty record but the millions spendt on thier green tv ads. SAD!!
 
WHo paid to develop the internet? Who paid for the research into Nuclear? Who paid for the study of antibiotics?

I understand what they teach you in books, I am talking about how it really works.

Sure you can go to a pointy headed institution and learn from all the books about how it is suppost to work, or you can see it for yourself and learn the reality.

The reality is that markets are severly manipulated by the big players and we pay for some items way over what simple supply and demand would require.
 
jarod your a troll, there have been billions upon billions invested in alternative energy with no near rival to oil. Now unless your talking trillions that we don't have???
