All good with me up to the point where the fleeing felon is down. From what I've heard, 8 cops were shooting upon Walker's fleeing after shooting at police; firing 3-4 shots each in a few seconds. Meaning 24-48 rounds down range. Walker could be falling and still get hit by 8 rounds. It's part of police training to be able to shoot quickly and accurately. 8 cops firing at once at the same target would be a lot but, depending upon the circumstances of each round fired, not necessarily excessive. Forensics will help reveal if it was excessive or not.
As for Uvalde, it appears you don't give a shit about little brown kids anymore than the Uvalde PD. Rather than Monday Morning Quarterback, I'll wait for the investigation to be complete as to who, if anyone, is to blame for the delay.

Agreed. Her backpack could have been a C-4 bomb or carried a sidearm. Besides that, as facts prove, Trump's mob was the weapon and Ashli Babbitt was at the tip of the Trumpian spear. Congress had been under attack for almost, IIRC, two hours when Ashli was shot.
It would be good if the Committee reveals who was hiding in the back* since it would explain why a decision was made to fire at that point. Notice that as soon as Ashli was down, Trump's mob stopped. If they'd have continued, I have no doubt there'd be a lot more dead Trumpers.
