Why did it take days to arrest her?



OCALA, Fla. — A white woman charged with fatally shooting her Black neighbor through a door has a history of harassing area children and using racial slurs against them, neighbors said Wednesday.

Susan Louise Lorincz, 58, was arrested Tuesday on charges of manslaughter with a firearm, culpable negligence, battery and two counts of assault, the Marion County Sheriff's Office said in a statement. Manslaughter with a firearm is a felony punishable by up to 30 years in prison


In interviews with NBC News, neighbors recalled the times they said the suspect recorded their children, taunted them with slurs, called the police and waved guns at them — just for being kids.

Initially, Sheriff Billy Woods was reluctant to make an arrest because it was speculated that Lorincz could have been protected under the “stand your ground” law. However, the Major Crimes Unit found through interviews and surveillance footage that Lorincz initiated the conflict after she grew increasingly angry at Owens’ children, who were playing in a field nearby.

Sounds like she was a rotten person or maybe shes pissed because she thinks she's a man and the kids refused to call her "sir".

That's just what she was arrested for. I'm pretty sure a prosecutor can add or change charges.

They would have to prove the shooter planned for that specific person, to be at the shooters door at that specific time, so the shooter could kill the victim. Good luck with that you stupid cow.

It happens all the time. Derick Chauvin was also Federally charged for violating Floyd's civil rights. The cops who fired through Breonna Taylor's door were also tried in Federal court after being cleared by the crooked DA.

In order to be convicted of second degree murder in Florida it must be shown that the accused acted with a depraved mind and without regard for human life.

That might fit here, but it also might concern the DA - they certainly have a better understanding of the history of this dispute than we do
