Trump has made billions being smarter than the people he is dealing with, not dumber.
So he muddles around for a month or two trying to drum up support for his healthcare, exposing the Dems as obstructionist claiming he is trying to fix the health care debacle known as Obamacare.
He eventually moves on to other things, like the budget, his wall, ISIS, jobs.
Obamacare continues its death spiral, because it is in one, healthcare providers are pulling out of the state exchanges like villagers running from the plague in case no one is paying attention.
Obamcare is going to collapse under its own weight. Deductibles on even the bronze plan are going to be over 5k by years end. And the taxes to keep it going have not even kicked in yet. Obama planned those for after he was gone.
So Trump will come back around next year, I told you so, tried to save it last year but no cooperation. He gets his plan through and the Dems go down like rats on a sinking ship in the
2018 mid terms.
Trump is always two moves ahead of whatever he is doing and don't ever forget that.
If you have not read "Art of The Deal", and you really care about whats going on, and I'll guess most of you don't.
But if you do give it a read

So, what's it like to walk around irritated at yourself all the time?
The guy who wrote "Art of the Deal" calls Trump a pathogical liar with a short attention span. He speaks at the level of an 8th grader because that's exactly his mentality.

You do realize why they canceled the vote, right? I'll give you a hint, it's NOT because the conservative caucuses love obamacare. So now what you're probably going to get is something the left is going to hate even MORE. This was a pretty good interim plan while waiting for HHS to deregulate the insurance industry(i.e., let them sell across state lines)and to get the other stuff in place to make this work and to make sure people don't lose their insurance in the transition from obamacare, and that is basically what Trump wants. All these deadlines are artificial as far as I'm concerned and if the GOP is going to get involved in massive social programs, I'd rather they take their time and do it right. Let obamacare die a lingering, painful death as a lesson to the neo-comms.
