Again.... for the insanely slow witted... BAC asked if I 'had evidence' this guy was a leftist. he was trying to pretend he could possibly be anything but. His 'argument' that 'one union guy does not equal leftist' is simply bullshit. No one suggested that ONE guy equals the entirety of the left or that one guy could possibly be pluralized.
The Article stated the plural because according to witnesses there were more than one of the union guys harassing this guy.
Given that the union guy ended up in cuffs, I would say it is safe to say that he did indeed commit assault and battery. The video clearly showed the assault portion.
That said, I do think this guy is hamming up his 'injuries'. Because the video also clearly shows him back on his feet and wandering around after the incident.... and now he is in a wheel chair?

In any event, BAC can handle himself on this one but I tend to agree with him that one person is not representative of "the left" or "leftists." You are free to disagree.

All of this is part of the same conversation, the attempt to cloak yourself in the moral high ground is hilarious, but unnecessary.
Anyway, nobody "automatically" assumed that people were leftists, there are reasons one makes that conclusion.
1. They are part of the union horde bused in to protect their ideation from that fabled "onslaught" of "professional" protesters.
2. There were more than one of them according to eye witness reports. <- Please note this part.
3. While one clearly showed a bit of racism, it didn't change what he was there for or why. <- this one too, he's still a leftist, even if he is also racist.
The conclusion was reached because of who they were, why there were there, what they were willing to do to meet that goal, and lastly who they attacked, not just "automatically."

My guess is Dung is quite embarrassed at this point and thus the odds of his return to this thread are minimal.
The video doesn't show much of what occurred and based on what Kenneth told Laura Ingraham it doesn't seem that the video depicts the incident where he was allegedly beaten.
He claims that he was just handing out flags and these guys came up to him, exchanged words and beat him kicked him. The video shows a union guy taking a nap on the ground with Kenneth nearby and then another union guy pushes Kenneth over and he promptly got up and walked away.

Doooood, the guy on the ground isn't Kenneth. The guy on the ground is a union guy and he apparently decided that he wanted to lie down and take a nap at that time. Kenny is the guy that is pushed over a few seconds into it.

By the way, I dont think the other guy was a union guy. Notice that Kenneth came up to him in the video afterward when the other guy was holding his shoulder. Though his shirt was a similar color to the union guys (but did not have the big union lettering on his back), so I am not sure on this point.
