Redefinition fallacy (bear<->carry).
You can certainly bear a nuclear weapon. The meaning of these words has NOT changed since the 18th century!
You can bear a cannon, a trebuche, or any other large weapon.
To bear a weapon means to aim and prepare to use it. It means to bring the weapon to bear upon your intended target.
NOTHING in the 2nd amendment specifies that a weapon must have the capability to carry it.
NO weapon is listed in the 2nd amendment at all. That means it applies to ALL weapons, regardless of their size or your ability to carry it.
You can own and bear a gun (including a machine gun, and including a semi-automatic rifle like the AR15 and all of it's accessories).
You can own and bear a cannon (yes, including the powder and cannonballs).
You can own and bear a bomb (yes, and make them, including any fusing method for it).
You can own and bear a nuclear bomb (yes, including the uranium to make it and the powder to set it off).
You can own and bear a bow and arrow (yes, including all accessories for it).
You are responsible for any weapon, both for it's storage and it's use.
If you go out and commit murder with one, you are guilty of murder. There are laws against most types of murder (not all!).
If you go out and defend yourself, your family, your property, your community, or your town with one, that is self defense, and not murder. THAT RIGHT IS INHERENT. The Constitution protects this right, but does not grant it.
These Marxist fucks want to start a civil war. They will eventually get what they want. They are attacking the patriots of this nation, that still uphold the Constitution. American patriots are slow to go to war, but these Marxists had better watch out when they do! They WILL stand up to defend their homes and towns, and they WILL stand up to defend the Constitution these Marxists despise and discard!
