Oh, you're an idiot. Got it. See, the premise here was a warrant was acquired. That happens with evidence. Your uncited Guardian article quote concerns itself with the case of vacuum cleaner surveillance when no warrant is obtained.

the fisa court denies one out of more than 10000 requests. Its as close to a rubber stamp as you are going to get.

when you surveil someone in a political campaign you are going to get political things as he will be talking with the other people in the campaign. It is impossible not to. The obama staffers admitted they then leaked and shared that info and Obama himself made it easier for them.

Sounds like the investigators are good at gathering evidence. How does this stat tend in reason to prove the warrant was issued without any? Oh, and source?

My advice is don't get so cozy with Russia when running for Potus, otherwise you are likely to have your discussions legally intercepted, and if you do, and if that reveals probable cause that a crime was committed, a warrant will issue.
 
Somewhere there is Probable Cause that Carter Page was engaged in the commission of a felony.

I would hate to be him right now.....

There is also reason for the FBI to investigating Rump for a felony, otherwise they would not be doing it.
