Where do they hold meetings? DQ? It's real in the sense I defined. An entrenched and mundane byzantine bureaucracy. That's the same in a Fur Hat type Russia, the US federal Gubmint, or the DMV. Career shoe clerks trying to trade a rat hat into a cat hat don't leave in election cycles.

The Deep State is concerned with keeping it's power, and being able to operate as it wishes independent of real Congressional overview.
a couple of quick examples was the CIA invading the House Intelligence Committee's computer when the Committee was investigating the CIA.
Another is James Clappers "not wittingly" remarks

Another is !Bengazi" where either the administration lied about "the video did it" or if you don't believe that was a "wittingly lie" -it had to be under the direction of the CIA for whatever cover-up reasons the CIA wanted..

It's amazing in an open government where there is supposed to be transparency and oversight the Deep State
routinely acts in it's own perceived interests independent and regardless of they are concurrent with a POTUS or not.

Asa Obama counseled your Fuhrer, it is a large gubmint with global reach, you can be certain that someone somewhere is doing something wrong. True! Since the start of the court there have been 11 denied requests out of 35000. Obama is responsible for around 25% of the denials because he tried to use the FISA court to spy on the opposition. Even the rubber stamp couldnt stomach that so Obama found a judge who could.

a reasonable belief that evidence can be found that a crime has been committed.......unfortunately for the prosecutors they didn't actually find any evidence that a crime had been committed......
