FBI Knew Boulder, Colorado, Suspect Identity Prior to Shooting

Yeah, because the background check has no way of determining if he has an undiagnosed mental illness.

How do you determine who is mentally ill and who isn't before that mentally ill person buys a gun?

that's what family members should be doing. looking out for their own.

what did the founders/framers mean by 'well regulated militia'. be specific

Exactly that...WELL REGULATED.

Who regulates things? Not the individual.

So how are YOU a well-regulated militia? What regulations are you following or under the purview of? Be specific.

Yeah, it says "A WELL REGULATED MILITIA".

So how are you a well-regulated militia?

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Notice the comma

There are 2 parts.....well regulated militia (comma) the right of the people to keep and bear arms

The FBI knew in advance the Pulse Nightclub shooter (Omar Mateen) and were tipped off by the local sheriff. The FBI knew in advance the San Bernardino Terrorists (Tashfeen Malik). The FBI knew in advance the Boston Marathon Bombers (the Tsarnaev brothers) tipped off by Russians. The FBI knew in advance the Garland, Texas, shooters (Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi). The FBI knew in advance of the Parkland High School shooter (Nikolas Cruz). The FBI knew in advance of the Fort Hood shooter (Nidal Hasan); and now the FBI knew in advance of Ahmad al-Aliwi Alissa.

Those are just off-the-top of my head… Anyone notice a pattern?

Meanwhile the political FBI agents chase the ghosts of mysteriously invisible white supremacists conducting random acts of unidentified racism..

They knew about this guy, knew he bought a gun and did nothing

these are operations. they are theatre, with real life victims, staged to generate outrage and "calls for action".

these are operations to try to prop up the failing gun control totalitarian movement.

I asked for specifics. keep in mind that the framers had just fought a war for independence from a government that tried to 'regulate' their arms. So provide the historical documentation that suggests the framers created a power for their new central government to regulate their arms after having just won independence from their old central government that tried to 'regulate' their arms.

If there were an effective law in effect to keep weapons away from the hands of the mentally ill, 10 people in Colorado would be alive, 10 families would not be grieving.

that not really true as a person having mental illness wold have to be diagnosed by a trained professional and many people with mental issues have not treatment.
next there are already many laws on the book about the subject.

https://www.ncsl.org/research/civil...session-of-a-firearm-by-the-mentally-ill.aspx

we have a lot of gun laws in existence in the USA more laws are not really a answer but enforcement of them.
NYC had a stop and frisk policy which took tons of illegal guns and drugs off the street but they stopped that and removed over 600 plains cloths street cops on a task force in 2020 and not crime is again jumped .

Why was he allowed to buy a gun?

you dont understand the law at all do you. When you buy a gun from a dealer you have to pass a background check , if you are not a felon or have a court order saying your mentally deficient in some way you will be able to buy a gun.

thats why because he was never deemed to be a problem by his family or the law or the mental health community, when in fact he clearly was.

Maybe we should have this conversation every time 10 people are shot, which is every day in Chicago.

Then we can explore how Chicago's stern gun laws prevented those 10 shootings.
