Right, so why would Big Pharma want that? Wouldn't they want a guaranteed source of revenue by keeping those hospitals open, and keeping the thousands or millions of people medicated? If anything, Big Pharma would want MORE hospitals, not fewer.

no, it's not possible or effective. the only effective action to be done to keep them out of the hands of those that shouldn't have them is to incarcerate them. if they can't be trusted with a weapon, they can't be trusted in public
