Sounds right, both women were just using their right of free speech and ICES fragile egos couldn’t handle it.
Who knows? ICE is not like the normal cops. They beat and abuse people as policy. It is how they make Americans fear them. This woman did not resist arrest. There was no arrest. The first amendment says nothing about a right to ram police with vehicles because you don't like the laws they enforce.
If you obstruct federal agents enforcing the laws legally passed by the elected congress - you'll be arrested. It's a felony. If you assault agents with a deadly weapon in trying to escape, you'll rightfully be shot as they defend their lives.
