That, actually, is true. He was a municipal judge and had his own private practice for a while. No major prosecutorial experience, according to what I read. I have to admit, Fani used pretty bad judgement hiring that guy and then boning him. Having said that: Her poor judgement/behavior personally has no bearing on the guilt or innocence of the people the grand jury indicted, many of whom have already pleaded guilty.

2. They have Wade's cellphone pinging off different towers all the way to Fani's condo then he make a phone call too her. Then his cellphone stays in the same location for 4-5 hours then it pings its way back to this house where he makes another phone call to her. That happen at least 35 times. Those were booty calls.

3. The people that have plead guilty have pleaded to misdemeanors. It is far cheaper to plead to a misdemeanor than pay for a defense in a long drawn out trial. Most of these people aren't rich and can't afford a bunch of attorney fees.
