Retard. Willis is STILL under investigation by the Georgia Senate and they HAVE subpoena power . If they subpoena her text messages she is toast. The Senate Committee is led by a Republican. I watched Roman's attorney Merchant (sp?) Testify before them. She is the attorney that broke the Willis Wade affair open. From the questions the committee asked it does not look good for Willis. Plus Willis is facing a Bar ethics complaint and she is getting challenged in the primary. You had better wait awhile before taking your victory lap.

The hit job succeeded big time. It turned the case into saving Fani Willis instead of sinking Donald Trump. He might be on trial. Instead he's at Mar a Lago laughing his fat ass off or on the campaign trail spewing hate and bullshit.

We will get Comer, Jim Jordan, Part 6, with lots of claims of 'looks Bad' and nothing else, as the Republicans drag out nothing burger after nothing burger, PROVING NOTHING, but tell you it 'LOOKS BAD' as you Magats then clap loyally like seals, acting like that is the threshold of criminality and wrongdoing that is worse than anything else.

Disagree, at least from Trump's standpoint.

Trump has two main goals which are 'cancellation' first, and if not 'delay' second, for any and all trials. He accomplished neither in this trial.

As this trial was NEVER going to happen before the election and even if Trump loses the election, we may not see the jury seated and the trial start in 2025, this small distraction has no meaningful on the trial happening or its timing.

Trump got the most meaningless of consolation prizes from this, which i acknowledge he will take some momentary pleasure in, which is he got to bloody up a Prosecutor who is coming after him. He would love to do the same to Jack Smith, but like with Fani, as soon as the news cycle moves back to the investigation, indictments, plea bargains, ...Trump's momentary glee at their bloody noses will fade.

It is the hollowest of hollow victories for him, as ultimately it accomplished NOTHING meaningful and was only superficial.

I will take this type of LOSING as we see various Trump related investigations putting boat loads of those acting in conjunction with him (Trump Crime Syndicate) getting indicted, convicting and going to jail.


While at the same time the investigations in to 'The Biden crime family' end in laughable nothing burgers.


I certainly do not want to define WINNING the way Magats do, which ends at being able to say 'IT LOOKS BAD', when their investigations come up with NOTHING!

Yes, it might not have affected the trial date. The prosecution wanted August and that may be possible, who knows. What bothers me is the recklessness of the thing. She deserves no kudos.

She was never going to get August regardless.

The motion practice for a trial with so many defendants, each of which had their own lawyers, and will be pushing reasons they should be tried separately, etc, etc, etc, will take 6 months or more. Sitting a jury could easily take 6 months.

With a giant unwieldy case like this, we would be luck to see it in late 2025, any way you slice it.

Hillary was leading in every major poll, in most outside the margin of error, and had been similarly leading for many weeks before the election. She was enjoying that lead in August when Trump made his "she can't win a fair election" speech on television, knowing then he was on a losing path and thus setting the stage for his invention of a stolen election.

One of the attacks on her was that Wade has no prosecution experience. If I was Trump's legal team that should be a positive.
