FactChecking Palin

Let's try this one...

Michael Moore attended a Republican Convention, he even smiled and waved at the crowd. Therefore, this must make him a Republican.

You obviously didn't even read the article I gave you.

The chairwoman of an Alaskan political party that advocates a vote on the state’s secession from the union said Tuesday that she had been mistaken when she said Gov. Sarah Palin was a member of the group.

Look at that Desh the chairwoman you are quoting said she was wrong. Funny you can't do the same.

On Tuesday night, Ms. Clark said that her initial statement was incorrect and had been based on erroneous information provided by another member of the party whom she declined to identify.

What part of "thought" do you have problems understanding?

And she says she thought wrong. It's been 50 posts on this subject and you still haven't said she wasn't a member of the AIP even though every fact and person says she wasn't.

"A" as in one attendence.

This is not the case in the Palin AIP connection now is it?

Is his wife and R?

Did he attend several times?

Did he send them a tape in 2008?

Did he claim he did not have to release emails to his wife because she was his advisor?

Please people lets not get silly here.

So now that everyone involved has said she is not and was not a member this is your tactic to show she was?

Why were the top people in the AIP so confused about her membership?

Jesus Christ Desh, have you ever been confused or misthought something in your life?

So now you're saying this lady is lying?

At least with your approach you never ever have to say you are wrong or made a mistake.

You are very, very invested in this disingenuous inanity. It would make more sense if his wife was an R for him to be there without being a member. It would make still more sense to be there without being a member if he were running for office and they didn't have a candidate and he could speak to the audience in an attempt to garner votes.

The reality is, even the person you 'quote' to 'verify' this has unequivocally stated that she was not a member.

I think you are completely ignoring that she was so involved that the Party heads thought she was a member.

What is it she said to people there that made them believe she was on the team?

I think you are completely ignoring that she informed everybody that she was told that by somebody who was mistaken.

Again, I'll put forward the previous example. I have been to a Democratic Party meeting where I not only attended, but I also spoke. If somebody then remembered my attendance and told some official that I was a member, and that official said I was therefore a member would it make me a member of the D party?

the truth has a librual bias!!!!

LMAO!!! I think its human nature that when you are wrong it can be hard to admit especially in an environment like this where everyone is at each other's throats.

But this comes close to taking the cake. It would not be that hard to say it was mistakenly reported she a member of AIG before and now it says she's not and that's the end of it. Instead she wants to argue some conspiracy to refuse to admit she wrong. It's pure comedy but almost feels like beating up on someone who can't defend themselves.

She attemded more than once Damo , did you forget?
Wow, twice. And provided a video tape.

I also attended more than once. I was pushing for an Amendment that was non-partisan in nature and spoke on that subject on more than one occasion.

And again you ignore the fact that the very person you attempt to use as evidence simply stated she was wrong. I have more respect for a person of that caliber than I ever will for some fool who can't admit it when even their own evidence stands against them.
