True but it doesn't matter. If you're firing a gun at somebody that's lethal Force. It could possibly kill them. It is stupid to shoot to wound that's how you get killed. Once there's a hot piece of lead in you then you have all the right in the world to blow their brains out because they are using lethal Force against you.
