That's true. Depends on where on the leg.
I would say yes somebody shooting you means to kill or main you.

I never said that.
So what was your point about the right to self defense?

When you have an unknown intruder trying to break in your home, what do you do?

Do your friends and family members have an habit of trying to break in your house in the middle of night without announcing who they are?

Look. I know it's pretty stupid to shoot at the door. He could have shot a warning shot to warn them off. But how was he supposed to know if they didn't announce they're cops?
Let me repeat my question. Why did the police ignore the no-knock instruction?
Do you have anything to back up your claim other than the sayso of the moron who got his girlfriend killed, and thus has very little to zero credibility?
The way the police tell it they had a no-knock approval but decided to not use it.
You need to prove otherwise.
So basically they ignored the court order that resulted in death?
Prove what?
Basically the cops did nothing wrong,,,,,I mean we can look at the question of was this one cop careful enough with his 10 rounds but I can say with 99.5% certainty that if I am on that jury I vote not guilty.
Anyone who starts a fire fight with cops should expect to die.
That's my policy.
Well the cop is certainly guilty for violating the court order.
The cop has been charged with three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. Appropriate charges.
