Look. I know it's pretty stupid to shoot at the door. He could have shot a warning shot to warn them off. But how was he supposed to know if they didn't announce they're cops?

The way the police tell it they had a no-knock approval but decided to not use it.
You need to prove otherwise.
Basically the cops did nothing wrong,,,,,I mean we can look at the question of was this one cop careful enough with his 10 rounds but I can say with 99.5% certainty that if I am on that jury I vote not guilty.
Well the cop is certainly guilty for violating the court order.
The cop has been charged with three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. Appropriate charges.
