Everybody hates idiotic sculpture "honoring" MLK

STFU idiot. Look up history. Blacks would have had civil rights 150 years earlier due to them. And not democrats. They blocked it for that long. Seriously, just STFU. Ignorant, uneducated asshole. democrat of course.

There is no conspiracy. Negroz fail because they are so mentally inferior.

1. Black-americans come in last in all standardized tests. Asian-americans do fine on all the tests so it's not due to cultural bias in the tests.

2. Africa is by far the poorest and most backward continent on the planet. All of black africa is now controlled by blacks and has been for decades so it's not due to racism.

3. No black has ever won a Science Nobel Prize unless you count one in 1979 for the semi-science of economics. They have won many nobels in non-brain fields like Peace and also in Literature so it is not due to racism.

4. Out of 1725 chess grandmasters in the world, only THREE are black.

5. 50 years of affirmative action special treatment and blacks have fallen even further behind. What does that tell you?

Surely there is an official narrative on how we are instructed to interpret this piece of junk.

It's actually pretty simple if you aren't a fucking moron. It's straightforward and easy to interpret.

What is it with you trogs on here? Have you NEVER seen public art before? WOw...it's like the last century has missed you completely.

My investigation into how this turned out so horrible continues. The main thing I dont know is if this sucks on purpose or is this rather representative of the decline of Western Art as the West rapidly dies. The product sucks, but did they try to do quality?

I would love to have Camille Paglia's opinion but she has gone silent as she works on her passion project of studying the archeology of the indians who lived in her local area.

I marched with King in Detroit. There were marches in many American cities. My problem was I do not respect religious leaders. They are bleeding the people for the institutions. They build huge churches off the sweat and blood of the people at mass. I was about 6 feet from him and he was not all that famous back then and I was surprised by his personal protection corps. I figured he had to be important. He turned out to be pretty damn smart , gave excellent speeches, and was a lot more than just a religious leader. He saw many of the ills in America and wanted to help fix them.

So you are admitting you have been a pain in the ass most of your life.

Quite interesting.

It has elements of Henry Moore bronzes and also Dali's ' Premonition of Civil War ' painting, although it would be impossible to make direct connections without the affirmation of the artist.
A tad too representational for me though- but it looks fine in the sunny setting. Covered in snow- not so much, I guess. Public art should blend with all weathers by design. Subject matter should also respect nature. A statue of even the greatest man in history looks ridiculous with a pigeon on its head.

Haw, haw...................................haw.
