So, you don't believe they could have been wrestling and changing positions? other witnesses saw Zimmerman on top.

She thought it sounded like he was hit, but no, she didn't see it, she could only hear and determine what she thought.

She was more believable than Zimmerman and his jumping from the non existent bushes, and his movie cliche lines!
