Elizabeth Warren

Yet still not one of the fanatical liberal totalitarians dare discuss warrens standing up to the banks, the end result being the denial of the American dream to millions of Americans!!
What a pussy, those who can afford the house get it easy!

Yet still not one of the fanatical liberal totalitarians dare discuss warrens standing up to the banks, the end result being the denial of the American dream to millions of Americans!!

Hey Tard, I'll discuss it for you. So you have to come up with 20%?
Tough shit, I had to come up with 30% to buy my house. Save your money and stop whining pussy.

No, I'm not missing any point. I'm supporting the platform of these candidates, just as Adelson is. Not only do I want my representative to represent my ideals, I want other to too. How is that any different than the billions rounded up by the Koch Brothers and Karl Rove and shipped into states to support Republican candidates?

Bullhockey. If you really felt that way, you'd be banging the drums for the end of Citizens United.

what does CU have to do with what grind said?

What a pussy, those who can afford the house get it easy!
How many 20 something's have 20% to put down?
The average house in Boston costs 600grand.
120 grand down payment?
Thanks Betty!!
Now explain HOW this helps people?

It puts the American dream out of reach for millions of Americans!

Tell me how this is a good thing?

Bet not one fanatical liberal totalitarian can answer this without resorting to vicious abuse!!

Difference between me and the average liberal here is I have a care about those whose futures are being stolen by these oppressive regulations, liberals shrug and turn away, they already got theirs, selfish, very selfish!
People don't matter, power matters!

People are still getting houses with 3 percent down. 007 is wrong
Those who qualify under CRA, the people who can't afford them!!
The same CRA that forced banks to issue loans to people who couldn't afford them!

Liberal insanity!
Keep repeating the same action hoping for a different outcome!

I have my home too, however as a person of morals I see how this is screwing others out of their future!!
You had to come up with 30% probably because you had bad credit.
I needed five but put down 10.
Paid off 75% in 7 years!

Now a pussy, in your estimation is one who cares about his fellow man?
We know fanatical liberal totalitarians do not!!
Dogma, dogma and power!!!

You fucking retard, this isn't about ME!!
So fucking stupid!!
30% down!!
You must be a complete waster, burger flippers get better deals!!
Get into debt trying to impress people did you?

Fuck everyone cos your alright?

1. You may have to buy your first home slightly out of your favorite area. I did.
2. This table shows the vast difference between average asking price and actual selling price.
3. I bought and paid off my house at 9% interest. You have a remarkable opportunity to buy at both low prices and incredibly low interest rates
Stop being an ungrateful blamer.

Ungrateful?
To whom?
My first home, I purchased for cash at an age when most are in high school.
I lived in and worked on it, sold it for a profit 3 years later then purchased another.

Didn't need any help from arrogant people who are convinced they know better than I what is in my best interest.
Let people buy their homes, it may be difficult for liberals to understand but there are ordinary folks out there who can think!
I heard some can even count and budget their own money!!
Can you believe that!!!
Proles thinking!!

No where did I lie?
I maintained that warren has put the American dream out of reach for millions of Americans.
Nothing has changed.

Liberals are fucking up lives with great gusto!

Guess what liberals!!
The working man is not as stupid and helpless as you think!!
I know one who can even manage to wipe his own arse!!

Idiot! How many people would be underwater right now if they had been required to put 20% down?

Uh, no, it was because I already owned a home, so the bank considered my second home commercial. Stupid fuck.

Those who qualify under CRA, the people who can't afford them!!
The same CRA that forced banks to issue loans to people who couldn't afford them!

Liberal insanity!

WOW, you are a wealth of ignorance. The CRA never forced banks to do anything. And CRA mortgage eligible customers have a lower foreclosure rate than the rest of the market.

We did the same thing at double digit interest. My generation lived through all the down grading and stagnant wages of the republican 'miracle' trickledown economic voodoo. Now these jerks are still selling the same snake oil..only a rube would buy it. If you can't afford a down payment then rent until you can or live in the basement with your folks. With hard work at a living wage and some equality we can turn it around but it took the RWA crap sellers 40 years to get us into this shape....it isn't going to turn around overnight.

*spit*

It just liberal revenge!
What you voted for right!!
In our day it was easy because the government stayed out of our personal finances.
Take a walk through Roxbury, mattapan, dot, Chelsea they have entire streets foreclosed on.
Compare that with swampscott, Marblehead, melrose!

Tells a story!
Not many CRA loans in the latter!
