In response to that Magats celebrate that 'the jury could not tell if it was his finger or penis... so Trump wins', and that is because they are stupid.
Further more in Trumps appeal of the first verdict, the judge then rendered his finding that 'Sexual Assault' as used in NYS is the SAME as RAPE, across most of the rest of America and NY just has an older, not up to date legal definition, which i think they now changed. The judge found Trump DID rape her.
That is why Trump did not appeal up that finding any more and keep pushing his own counter lawsuit as he risked having the State appellate court and even potentially the SC say 'ya Sexual Assault and rape are synonymous here and thus your counter suit of E Jean is denied', and that would give Trump no avenues to deny he raped her. Not that he has any now, other than Magats saying 'the jury could not tell if it was his finger or penis... so Trump wins' type stupidity we get here.

The problem in the real world is ULTRA MAGA doesn't just get declare false things true. You have to provide evidence. That is why Trump was found liable for sexual assault.
