Why did Trump fight to not provide DNA to test if it matched the dress Carroll said she was wearing and saved? Was Trump's DNA on Law and Order and that is how it possibly got on her dress? Or did Trump know how his DNA got on her dress so he refused to provide a DNA sample and then he refused to testify.

Your experiment fails miserably since you seem to have forgotten this is about how Trump's DNA would have gotten on her dress.

There are 3 ways for the DNA of Trump to have gotten on the dress, consensual sex, rape, or somehow planted which would require that Trump unknowingly provided his ejaculate.

That would also raise the question of somehow this was planned for years and the DNA was planted over a decade ago in anticipation of Trump being elected President and then defaming Carroll. That's a tale that would be hard to buy for anyone that isn't in the cult.

I am not assuming anything. I am relying on what Carroll said was on the dress. If there was no Trump sperm on the dress, why didn't his lawyers demand the dress be tested? That would have proven Carroll was lying if there was no ejaculate.

If someone accused me of rape and said they had DNA on a dress and I know I didn't ever have sex with the person I would be more than happy to submit my DNA for testing and then require that they provide the dress for my team to also test.

Providing DNA that didn't match the dress would have made sure that Trump won the case. in fact, if the DNA on the dress was different than Trump's the case would have probably been dismissed with Carroll having to pay Trump's lawyers.

Admitting they had consensual sex would have allowed for a he said/she said about the rape and would have likely resulted in the jury not finding enough evidence for rape. If you had sex with someone and they then accused you of rape, why would you deny that you ever had sex and didn't even know the woman? Wouldn't you want the truth to come out?
