Draft: Articles of Impeachment

He’s not being charged criminally, dumbfuck. How many times do you have to be told that?

FACTUAL RESULTS OF THE OBSTRUCTION INVESTIGATION”

A. The Campaign's Response to Reports About Russian Support for Trump
B. The President's Conduct Concerning the Investigation of Michael Flynn
C. The President's Reaction to Public Confirmation of the FBl's Russia Investigation
D. Events Leading Up To and Surrounding the Termination of FBI Director Corney
E. The President's Efforts to Remove the Special Counsel
F. The President's Efforts to Curtail the Special Counsel Investigation
H. The President's Further Efforts to Have the Attorney General Take Over the Investigation
I. The President Orders McGahn to Deny that the President Tried to Fire the Special Counsel
J. The President's Conduct Towards Flynn, Manafort,
K. The President's Conduct Involving Michael Cohen

NO ONE got fired. NO ONE destroyed evidence. NO ONE refused to cooperate. NO ONE shut down the investigation NO ONE chose not to release the entire report. NO ONE exercised executive privilege.

Page 173 V I: Ultimately, the investigation did not establish that the Campaign coordinated or conspired with the Russian government in its election-interference activities.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and I have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel's investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense.

The subpoenas are fishing expeditions into the lives of people before they came to office. They can be ignored and there is NOTHING the losers Democrats can do about it.

I am looking forward to the next clown show in the House of Representatives as the morons on the left continue to make a mockery of that institution and burn down their own house.

Yes. I am too. Watching you go ballistic and shitting in your pants will be fun to watch.

They have oversight responsibilities, dumbfuck.

It's not about oversight you brain dead dumb fuck.

Paraphrasing your post, Jacky:

“I can’t refute one word of Truth Detector’s post so I am now obfuscating...badly.”

No legislative basis is the reason for the denial of documents.

Why would I be going ballistic? I am watching Party of the Jackass destroy itself. I am watching a leftist media destroy any shred of credibility it ever had. I am seeing the potential of Trump having a huge win in 2020 and a second term. I am watching liberals literally have mental breakdowns over Trump.

This has been an awesome first two years and I am looking forward to the next six years of liberal lies and meltdowns.

If you had a brain, which you don't, you could comprehend the obvious snowflake. Buy a mirror.

"Calls for President Trump’s impeachment are getting louder. Since the release of Robert Mueller’s report, White House stonewalling of congressional subpoenas and Mr. Mueller’s first public comments, almost 60 House Democrats, a quarter of the caucus, have said they support an impeachment inquiry."

For some reason, Trump thinks he is a King and doesn't have to answer to Congress.

Just go ahead and do it then, don't be surprised when it turns out to be just a damp squib!!

This post should be pasted to the forehead of every far left loon.

It cuts to the truth of this matter like a knife through hot butter.

High five, TD.

Educate yourself, dumbfuck.

“power of inquiry––with process to enforce it––is an essential and appropriate auxiliary of the legislative function.”

“It was enough, said the Court, that the subject of investigation “was one on which legislation could be had and would be materially aided by the information which the investigation was calculated to elicit.”33 That is, a potential for legislation was sufficient. A congressional investigation could have legislation as a possible, but not a necessary, outcome. Investigation as pure oversight into the operations of the executive branch was adequate justification.”

Trump has left Congress with no alternative.

No, Jacky. The House has alternatives...all bad.

Impeach and have a loss of Biblical proportions in 2030.

Not impeach and a civil war of Biblical proportions in the Democrat party.

In America, insufficent proof to pursue obstruction means that you are innocent.

.

Assuming arguendo, you'll let us all know when that has been found, right?

To your underlying point, the constitution does not indicate the standard of proof for impeachment in the HOR or Senate.
As job removal attaches no criminal jeopardy (of life or limb deprivation), there is no rationale for applying the criminal standard to the determination.

See, your bedrock jurisprudence lies in sand in this case.

Pelosi is between a rock and a hard place. If she does impeachment, her party will have a loss of Biblical proportions in 2020. If she doesn’t, her party will devolve into civil war.

Love it.

Yup.

Pelosi and some other ‘thinking’ Democrats know impeachment would be folly under the circumstances. So they are like the guy who is relying on his buddies to ‘hold him back’ lol, from getting into a fight he doesn’t really want to get into.

In other words, it’s all for the benefit of the democrat’s deranged base.

But let’s say it does make it to the Senate for trial. Republicans are going to demand Mullet answer about 20 inconvenient questions. Just like in any other trial Trump would, finally, be able to defend himself from the absurd obstruction charges.

There would be discovery and exculpatory evidence would be revealed, and oh, let’s not leave out the fact the investigation of the Russian/Mullet investigation could break wide open right in the midst of the Senate trial.

The potential for disaster for Democrats is beyond epic. On the other hand, they may just be loony enough to try it.
