Amazon workers are terribly abused.
Yeah hard work is abuse, I forgot!
Amazon workers are terribly abused.
Don't let fascists conservative criminal treasonous vermin turn America into a 19th century cradle to grave robber baron, child labor, black slavery, women barefoot and knocked up, disease riddled backward ass uninformed uneducated superstitious dirty filthy rural hellscape!
No shit, and what they call no skill requires much more skill than your blue hair has.

I'd love to shove Wolverine at the grocery checkout and watch the line explode ten miles long and the mistakes pile up.

"Uh whats the code for rainbow chard? I'm 97 years old and have no idea how this contraption works? I can't hear you please speak into my ear horn, boy. Uh how much change did I give you?" -wolverine after a month's intensive training
This from a person who does not have the education or skill set to be even a Walmart greeter. One just cannot make this shit up.

Amazon workers are terribly abused.

What we really need to do is become a European-style cradle-to-grave welfare state as soon as possible.
We may need to "cancel" some uncooperative types first.
Amazon workers are terribly abused.
Really? Then why do they stay there?![]()
Who is forcing them to?![]()
Really? How much skill does it take to work a cash register? How much skill does it take to pluck chickens in a processing plant? How much skill does it take to pick strawberries? The l;ist of unskilled jobs is long. So it begs the question, WHO IS BEING FORCED TO WORK A JOB THAT REQUIRES NO SKILL?
I know you Marxist driven leftists can't answer that question without blowing up your moronic lie filled claims.
The market is the rightful "decider" of what is fair pay. Not some faceless bureaucrat in Washington DC trying to buy the votes of morons who think they are entitled to something for nothing.
You want a higher paying job, get a college degree or learn a skill that is in high demand and requires training.
I am amused that you think it takes a high level of skill to operate a cash register. I am quite sure that Wolverine would learn the job in a very short time and find it repetitive and boring, as do most who do that job.
Is the topic Wolverine?

The funny thing about your type is that, while you espouse a rich man's philosophy, you live a working man's life. You believe that the stockholder is justified in living off of the dividends created by the working Joe who can barely afford to get by. Taking from those who earn it and giving it to those who do not earn it isn't "socialism." It's called capitalism and you've been so brainwashed by the right that you willingly degrade yourself so that the wealthy can maintain their status quo.
Consider this fact about "unskilled labor." The most valuable commodity any person has is time. Someone who has to spend twelve hours a day, six days a week "picking strawberries" for fifty years is sacrificing their entire existence so some soft-handed rich fucker can continue relaxing.
Because it's often the highest-paying job one can find at the time. I've been there and it sucks.

Your inability to consider the circumstances of those less privileged than yourself doesn't mean that the less privileged don't exist.

Living expenses.

Once again, it's time to confirm our commitment to becoming a European-style cradle-to-grave welfare state as soon as possible.

This is a massive pile of Marxist bile. No wonder you're a whiny loser who thinks your entitled to others hard work.
When was it a rich man's philosophy that hard work, getting an education or job skill in demand a "rich man's philosophy"? You're the perfect example of the massive failure of our educational system.
The claim that stock holders are living off the dividends created by "working Joe's" is a classic illustration of that incredible lack of education. It's obvious you don't have the slightest clue of what you bloviate about.
Another dumb, lame lie filled narrative promulgated by morons on the left. Tell me something dipshit, how does paying you a wage and benefits "take" something away from you. Moron.
Again, who is "FORCING" anyone to do that? The answer you refuse to answer in a free society is, NO ONE. If you don't want to spend 12 hours a day, which they do not, and six days a week, which is another lie, then get an education or learn a skilled trade.
That's the problem with Marxist dogma, it is centered on a lie filled narrative and avoids reality and facts.
If Capitalism is so bad, why do you stay? You should move to some socialist utopia like Venezuela, Cuba or even China. Dunce.![]()
An excellent article and argument of why Democrats need to be sent packing in 2022 and 2024.
Don’t let Dems turn America into a European-style, cradle-to-grave welfare state
More destructive than any specific policy item modern Democrats are pushing this year are the ideas they use to justify their agenda.
The $3.5 trillion bill that President Joe Biden and Democrats are now attempting to cram through Congress via reconciliation is meant to create a European-style, cradle-to-grave welfare state here in the United States. Sen. Bernie Sanders, the bill’s Senate author, has, for years, praised systems across the Atlantic. As have many other Democrats.
There are numerous specific arguments against the agenda that further expands an already onerous bureaucratic state, but it is the idea that traditional American life needs reimagining that should be rejected first. Because the most vociferous champions of the European-style governance are invariably the most passionate critics of the dynamism and glorious messiness of American life. The factors that propel our economic superiority — the unplanned and lightly regulated, individualistic and seemingly disordered free markets — chafe against the technocratic sensibilities of Democrats. For them, even American exceptionalism, the idea that the United States occupies a unique position in world history, is ugly and plainly wrong.
