Fine time to start worrying about precedent after appointing Comey as de facto prosecutor in the email investigation. In a less dysfunctional system Hillary would have been indicted last summer, the DNC could have cut their losses in time for November.

They made their bed and should be forced to sleep in it now.

Yes he absolutely should have and recommended prosecution the same as has been done for numerous people who have done far less than Hitlery and are now in jail. Comey laughably had to use the synonyms of "extreme carelessness," for "gross negligence," when describing her crimes so as to avoid the exact wording of the felony she committed you stupid fascist shill.
