OK, well if there is evidence to suggest he knew those documents were there and that they were classified for those years and he did not call the FBI or the justice department to return them, then I think when he’s done being president, if the statute of limitations is not over, he should be prosecuted. Even if that is the case, I still maintain that it’s nothing compared to what the evidence, says Trump did.

First I never made any claim about the relative severity of either action that's you playing games. I merely pointed out that had trump done the exact same thing Biden did you would demand an indictment. If you deny that you're a lying piece of shit.

So AGAIN we are supposed to believe Biden had those documents in his office and his garage but he didn't know they were classified or even that they were there? I’m not worried about what you believe, I’m worried about what the evidence shows. Simple existence of documents in a location does not show that anyone knows they are in that location or than anyone knows they are classified or who put them there.

If you read the trump indictment, you would see that they pled allegations that show they have evidence Trump caused the documents to be at Mar-A-Lago, that Trump knew they were there, and that he knew they were government documents. There must be evidence of these things for a criminal case.

No. I wouldn't be demanding an indictment of Trump because the law requires willful intent to charge. If Trump had simply turned over the 107 classified documents I would not be demanding an indictment because I understand that packing 100 boxes means things can get packed that shouldn't have been. Trump's problem is that he obstructed the return of the documents. That is what made this a crime worth indicting for.

Trump wasn't indicted for sharing classified information but the indictment does state he did share that information.

Edited to add US 18 793(e) which Trump was charged with 31 counts on.
