Obama took 33 million pages of documents, much of it classified. The National Archives PRAISED him for it. It only became a "crime" when Trump did it.

No other President has failed to comply with a subpoena. No other President has failed to return classified information when told to do so. Those are the acts that break the law.

Did Biden personally show them the documents? Did Biden know they were looking at the documents? Once again, we are back to the actual law which requires knowledge and intent before it is a crime. Something you seem to be completely ignorant of.
The willful intent requirment is why Hillary wasn't charged and why Trump would not have been charged if he had returned the documents when he was asked to. If Trump had returned the documents there would have been no crime to investigate and no involvement by the FBI.

And if you have read the indictment, you should hope that the odds approach 100%. Everyone who voted for Trump is going to have to admit they made a mistake. Because there is incontrovertible evidence that Trump stole top secret classified documents, many of them speaking to our military capabilities and those of our allies. And we know he showed them to people who had no business seeing them. We also know that Jarod Kushner got 2 billion dollars from the Saudis. If you are not firmly for the conviction of Donald Truimp, you are anti-American. It's that simple. This isn't joking around a message board. What Trump did may very well get many people killed. Your dismissive response is, again IMHO, completely inappropriate. My two cents.
