Every economic system has its pros and cons. Capitalism has barbaric consequences, but I'm telling you: The US is nowhere near ready to have a conversation about any brand of socialism, much less communism. All the old people who remember the Cold War still think that anti-capitalists are the devil in human form. That's why old "conservatives" claim that anyone left of Pinochet is a pinko.

yes and no. It's time to begin the conversation in earnest. it's not the time it could be implemented, but it starts with the talk. The rise of American Fascism is the canary in the coal mind, we are at a crossroads that if we don't start "winning hearts and minds" now, we will have no choice then.


yes I am aware my position is cutting edge on what needs to be done. but there needs to be someone saying it.

I don't completely disagree with you. I just don't think we can deal with the economic system and racism at the same time; and racism is my priority.
