How could they have done that unless Trump was already mixing it up with Russians?

We know he was because Manafort was sharing polling data with them for months.

the problem with your argument is that it is neither wrong or against the law to obtain information that your opponent is doing something wrong.....now on the other hand, it IS wrong to hire someone to make up information that your opponent is doing something wrong......that's where the DNC fucked up......
