Even more unbelievably, reports allege that the FBI agreed to limit the search of the laptops to no later than January 31, 2015 – making it impossible to review documents after news of the email server became public. they don't care about DoJ complicity. It's expected the WH ( especially DoJ under Holder/Lynch) would politicize.
Although this is new that State helped set it up ( unless it's Pagliano..who of course is under an immunity agreement)

We already know Pagliano ( state dept employee) was hired by Clinton to cobble together
her home server with parts that went back to the older server.
In doing so he could not get a firewall up for at least 90 days (leaving it wide open) -and the server went thru periodic crashes -
so bad that they had to shut down the firewall ( malware) to keep it operable but without a firewall.
So state is already involved -the question is to what add'l levels..?

I am still working - and i'll double source it. but most Hilary supporters don't care or blow it of as "propaganda"

maybe its because we though the point was who would be the better candidate in the areas of foreign relations, national security, and economics.......we forgot about the whole category of who would be better at digging up old dirt from previous decades.......
