Did you Know?

I wou'lld imagine that only ignorants believe God, a monotheistic god, is the only way to define morality. Humanity
had concepts of morality long ago.

Also, suprise, if its not illegal, and Sweden favors rehab over punishment than who can be suprised by the news that the small, unimportant country of Sweden has different standards of morality?

For instance, fapping on a beach? Illegal in USA, not in Sweden.

its post ten in this thread.

It this an attempt to smear a whole group of people so you can hold your own image of your people on high?

You are smearing a whole group of people because its the only way you can convince yourself your right

Ken started the comparison. Please direct any outrage at the comparison of Sweden to America to him.

A rose called by any other name must be treated like a rose. If I had refrained from 'small and unimportant' you would have lauded my subjective reasoning. The whole of the left would have had I not been me.

your words means your responsibility.

this is one of the BIG pathologies on the right today.

THEY CANT ADMITT BEING WRONG.

it makes you worthless in real world decision making

Im not wrong. Sweden's influence in the world is largely restricted. Its the socialist model of Europe, and a banner carrying member of the UN. It wants influence and it panders away for it.

Is it not small or unimportant when compared to the US?

It is geographically smaller, much moreso.

It does not carry nearly as much weight, militarily, economically, or even within the UN. And the UN is one of it stronger points.

Ken's post didn't say anything about Sweden being small and unimportant. Yours did.

Small doesn't mean unimportant. Funny how Sweden and those other "unimportant" Scandinavian countries have some of the highest qualities of life in the world.

I never read Truth Deflector.

so I can make any comparison I want so long as it is 'positive'?

As I said before, your comment was opinion. Look up Sweden and see where it stands as far as being one of the best countries in the world to live in.

Ranks 14th for education, 2nd for health, 6th for its workforce, and 10th for enabling environment.

Sweden comes out near the top in almost every health-care measure from infant mortality to water quality, and has a highly educated and talented workforce as well.

Suicides on the rise in Sweden: report

In 2007, 468 suicides were reported. Last year, that number had jumped to 599.

Most cases come from psychiatric clinics, but reports from both primary and geriatric care also occurred regularly, according to statistics.

Roughly half of all Norwegians suffer depression. Psychiatric ailments have taken over as the country’s most widespread, and expensive, in the health care sector.

Do those things make it important? Or 'not small'?
