To tell you the truth, Pope Francis pick was obviously politics.

A.) To keep Latinos Catholic.
B.) To appeal to younger White Catholics.

This is a ploy to keep Catholics staying Catholic, in my eyes.

Some Catholic clergy, are probably glad that the USA turning Catholic Latino.

If, only it were entirely true, sizable numbers go to Pentecostal & other Evangelical Spanish speaking churches upon arrival to the USA.

As for me, I have mixed feelings.

On one hand,I'm an American, on the other hand I'm Catholic.

It's a bit hard to pick, it really depends on how angry White Protestants get me.

I could very easily be swayed to say Latino Catholics replacing White Protestants is a good thing.
Or
Vice versa.

Either way, he's the Pope. And the Bible and church traditions are also Globalist. So opposing open borders is opposing Catholicism.

As for what matters more, race or religion, people self-segregate themselves based on race way more than on religion. We don't hear about fights over representation between Catholics and Protestants because that doesn't happen much in secular Western countries. But fights over racial representation happen constantly. I don't even mind mass immigration of Muslims as long as those Muslims are white.

There have always been Christians going against Christianity for the good of the world. Most of the Enlightenment philosophers who liberated us from Christian Theocracies were Protestant or Catholic themselves.

Catholics appear to be more compatible with Christianity, than Germanics.

Germanics seem to still be very much Vikings in mentality.

Depends what you consider unnecessary. I don't think America should be involved in these Middle Eastern wars at all. And most of these wars that America is involved in have been going on for decades, it's hard to say who started them.

I do agree that white Catholic countries are pretty peaceful, but so are white Protestant countries. White countries in general have become more peaceful thanks to the Enlightenment.
Despite Christianity being about pacifism, Christian countries are often more violent because religions makes people submissive to their leaders.

These Middle-Eastern wars are by Protestant USA Presidents, and supported much more by Protestants too.

White Protestants aren't so peaceful, the USA & UK are the most responsible for the Mid-East wars.

I'll admit, Norse Germanic's have been peaceful for several centuries.

Germany's ONLY peaceful, because they were conquered, to tell you the truth.

Still, in the 1600's Sweden was horrible, they mass murdered Poles in the Deluge & Germans in the 30 Year War.

Probably 2 million Poles died, and 2 million Germans died from Swedish actions there.

People of English & Scottish heritages are particularly war crazed by European standards.

While, they might not be entirely Germanic by genes.

The roughly 30% Germanic genes they do have, all come from Germanic warriors.

So, it makes sense to why they are so much more volatile, than other Germanic speakers.
