here's a thought......why don't you get yourself elected to a local board, write yourself a contract that says you will get paid a million dollars a year even if you aren't working, then resign......tell yourself that anyone needs to pay attention to your contract.......I bet you know the answer to that even though you've never been to law school......

reminds me of a guy that was in court here a few years back.....sold his apartment building, then before the closing signed a twenty year lease with his daughter saying she could rent one of the units for a dollar a month......both he and his daughter were stupid enough to think a judge would enforce that lease.....didn't work, though......

lol......not the fucking issue......the issue is whether Disney's handpicked board members can enter into a binding contract with Disney that lasts longer than the board that got ousted, when the agreement is contrary to the public interests of Florida citizens.........

No one on the board is getting paid a million dollars after they resigned. It seems you don't know what is in the contract you claim is illegal. It isn't that long and doesn't contain that much.
You claim the contract is self dealing but have not pointed to anything that is actually in the contract that could be considered self dealing. None of the board members got any money in the contract. Disney didn't get its taxes reduced in the contract. What was the self dealing you claimed is in the contract? All the contract does is lay out a plan for future development in the district. Is paying for development self dealing?

How is the contract contrary to the public interest of Florida citizens? Your specious claims at this point would be laughed out of any court in the land. Cite the specific part of the contract that is contrary to the public interests of Florida citizens? Do Florida citizens want to take away the trademarks of Disney and use them on their literature? Do you think any court would say that was OK?

So when a company requires that any dispute go to binding arbitration that is fraud on their part?
When Trump employees sign an NDA that says they can't sue in court but must do binding arbitration that is fraud on the part of the Trump Organization?

Venue fixing in a contract is hardly fraudulent. It is the standard for most contracts between employees and employers and between corporations and their customers.
That is before we even get to the laws passed by various states that attempt to fix the venue where they can be adjudicated.

look, I realize that this is very complicated and you're not very smart........none of those things is relevant......all that is relevant is that Disney tried to give itself an unfair advantage over Florida citizens by creating a contract with itself........not......going.....to.....fucking.....work.....now shut the fuck yup....
