Lot of ifs there, first off, if any entity isn’t reporting crimes to the FBI, which does occur since reporting such is only done under State mandate, it is rural areas, and not a city as NYC, where everything is under a microscope, nothing escapes full review. A 19-year-old girl was shot and killed working at a Harlem Burger King.

There was not even one "if" in my post you quoted before posting this nonsense.
Bragg's memo made it clear that there were crimes (even violent ones) that he simply will not prosecute. Since his office does nothing about a crime they are not reporting that they did nothing about that crime, they simply do not report it at all. His office is mandated to report crimes that come through his office, not ones that do not, even if the reason they do not is because he simply will not do anything about it.
