The FBI is fully aware the differences. They have some of the best lawyers, especially forensic accounting lawyers, in the world. Like all US intelligence, military and law enforcement agencies, they use algorithms to "connect the dots". If a picture forms, then human agents take a look. What happened before 9/11 with a pattern of Arab pilots seeking flight training but not really interested in learning to land will never ever happen again. The algorithms would trigger and the pilots investigated.

Some goes for White Nationalists/White Supremacists. The algorithms are applied. If they start pointing in one direction too much, a human agent takes a look at it. If a network is found, more LEOs will start monitoring. As soon as a law is broken, all that back evidence is used at their trial or, more commonly, at their plea bargaining. LOL

Horiuchi is not charged with ANYTHING. There is no outstanding warrant for ANYTHING, much less murder, bitch.

Weaver was sentenced to 18 months for his failure to appear guilty verdict. When he was sentenced, he had already served 14. He served two more months and was released after good behavior time.
