I once started a thread using the known facts in the weaver case and pretended there was a brand new shooting but I said the family was a black family that the FBI was approaching


Every con here backed the FBI on the pretend case

U.S. Marshal Dugan shot one of the Weaver's dog to mortally wound him so the dog would cry in agony. When 14 year old Sammy Weaver came to check on his pet, Dugan and his men ambushed and murdered the boy. What Dugan didn't realize is that family friend Kevin Harris was right behind Sammy and returned fire, killing Dugan and wounding two of the other killers. Harris was also wounded.

An Idaho Jury found that Harris acted in self-defense and his actions against the Marshals were fully justified. They also found that the Marshals acted improperly and recommended murder charges against the surviving officers. Since the Marshals are federal jurisdiction it fell on then AG Janet (Witch Hunter) Reno to follow up. She declined to prosecute.

Idaho has a murder warrant against FBI Assassin Lon Horiuchi to this day.
