That's an absolutely mainstream, standard position. People are denied bail or have their bails set incredibly high all the time, for being a flight risk, posing a risk to the community (like a DOMESTIC FUCKING TERRORIST does).

Here's the real question? Why is it the fault of the Minnesota Freedom Fund and Kamala Harris that a JUDGE granted bail? Still no answer on that one.

1) I can tell you they aren't charged with terrorism because terrorism isn't a chargeable crime. The charge would be arson, rioting, assault on a police officer, etc.

It's not, dumb-ass. No one's arguing that. Whatever the judge set the bail at, if they even allowed bail for domestic terrorists (which should never happen for obvious reasons), Democrat officials helped pay that bail to get domestic terrorists back on the streets violating more people's rights.
