Without any research or study of the ban, and not being a Constitutional Law expert, I would argue that the 1st Amendment is violated because the Ban is designed to on its face, disproportionally affect Muslims and benefit Christians. I would then argue that the 14th Amendment is violated because it it does not offer due process of the law and does not provide equal protection of the law.

If you were a Constitutional law expert you would know its protections only apply to American citizens and those on American soil.

Foreigners in foreign lands who have never set foot on American soil do not have those protections.
