I expect that that's exactly what will happen. Judges hate frivolous lawsuits. It's quite obvious to even the most slack-jawed MAGAT (like Cuntyboy *cough cough*) that Blanche only brought it to satisfy his GropingFuehrer's revenge desires and to keep his job.
