Could A Good God Permit So Much Suffering?

You're evading the point. @SmarterthanYou stated that God needs "to see how his experiment would work." Ergo, @SmarterthanYou implies the following:

1. God has no plan; He is watching to find out how it turns out.
2. God is not omniscient; there are things he doesn't know.

Do you agree, or were your going to correct him?
maybe he has no plan.

maybe he just wants people to be good and is outcome independant any further than that.

i was not correcting STY.

I like his take on this.
