Yeah, one reason I’m against the death penalty is because what we’re finding with DNA evidence. But, that’s not what we’re talking about here, is it?

Another truth about our system is not necessarily how much justice there is, but how much justice can one afford. Those people convicted of murder and then exonerated? What you will find in common is that they could not afford much justice.

That isn’t the case with Trump, is it? His entire career of skating legal issues boils down to his wealth and his ability to buy more “justice” than his opponents. I believe you will find that to be the case here.

Part of this bullshit has been over these payments aiding Trump’s PRESIDENTIAL campaign, right? Presidential elections are FEDERAL, right? New York State and federal prosecutors have refused to take this stinker, right? So yeah, I’m thinking at the very least, someone on a federal level might want to look at comrade bragginski for election interference. If not congress, then the FEC. What are you afraid of?

How do you get by in the world thinking so concretely? Are claiming that never in history has a convection been obtained for political purposes or maybe even down right hatred? That's NEVER happened?

I am. Because people at much higher pay grades HAVE seen the “evidence”, and have refused to prosecute. And I know that personally, this would not change my vote either way. I have this little fantasy where reasonable democrats out there are looking at this abject terror prevalent in their party right now. The threat of a non-traditional, effective republican president getting re-elected after 4 years of what is essentially a coup by an enemy of the republic.

That's an understatement. I'm a centrist Democrat. I've voted for many Republicans and Independents over the years. All I see is a prosecutor laying out a criminal case to a grand jury of citizen peers, and securing an indictment. The only lawlessness and weaponization of government is on the part of the Republicans.
